Paige Kellogg – front office
Paige joined Ridgefield Sports Medicine in January of 2025. After undergoing 3 shoulder surgeries in 2024, she truly understands the importance of taking care of our bodies so that we can continue to do the things we love. Her fitness and wellness journey began when Paige was a competitive gymnast, finishing as an All-American. Today, Paige loves taking her athletic endeavors outdoors where she is an avid skier and also enjoys hiking, running (or walking when no one is looking) and swimming in the ocean. Paige received NASM Personal Training Certification to further understand human movement and to help others lead healthy lives. As Dr. Betsy’s office manager and newly minted traction table guru, she loves being part of Ridgefield Sports Medicine’s mission of helping people to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
Paige graduated from Vanderbilt University, majoring in history, and holds a Masters Degree in Secondary Education from Sacred Heart University. After teaching high school history for a few years, Paige spent more than 15 years in executive search where she recruited senior-level and C-suite candidates for healthcare companies. She continues to inadvertently interview almost everyone she meets.
Paige grew up in Wilton, where she also raised her two children. Her son, who she has followed literally all over the world to watch play soccer, is now at college in San Diego. Also a soccer player, as well as a lacrosse player, her daughter will be attending college in Ohio. She is not ready to be an empty-nester – the separation anxiety is real!
Jen Cannizzaro – Coverage front office
Jen graduated top of her class from UConn with a BA in Political Science & History. She has been a Natural Light photographer the past 10 years after time in the legal and real estate fields.
She will talk to you about just about anything and she really cares about every single person who walks through our doors. She loves her three kids, two dogs and husband. She is a professional at managing stress and always thinking the glass is half full. She is RSM’s rock.
Emma – Coverage
Emma is a doll and is always looking for ways to do a job more efficiently. She is soft spoken but has a fire inside of her. When she isn’t helping cover someone at RSM she is playing soccer or studying. She loves swimming and hanging out with friends.
Dr Betsy Pulick, DC
Dr. Betsy Pulick is a treating physician at Ridgefield Sports Medicine. She graduated from Long Island University and obtained her Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic.
Dr. Pulick is certified in both Faktr, Graston and Rock Tape. She has completed the McMasters, Medical Acupuncture course in Hamilton, Ontario. Dr. Pulick listens very intently to her patient’s history and uncovers ways to help them move forward. She believes in the neuro-functional model of treatment and not chasing the pain. She takes into consideration the metabolic, neurological, biomechanical and behavioral aspects that all play a role in a patient’s dysfunction and discomfort. She enjoys treating athletes of all levels with injury recover and performance enhancement treatments. She uses a combination of soft tissue techniques, medical acupuncture and joint manipulation.
Dr. Pulick is an avid runner and has competed in 5k, 10k and Marathons. She incorporates some strength training in to her weekly program and has healthy eating habits (she gives into chocolate sometimes.) Throughout her life Dr. Pulick has danced, played soccer and field hockey.
Dr. Pulick lives with her husband and three little girls. Her free time is spent outdoors with her family and or under the ocean scuba diving. Dr. Pulick credits her father, William A. Haughey for instilling in her tenacity and strength to always raise her personal bar.
